- Use of the vehicle for illegal activities is strictly prohibited. This includes racing, rallying, off-roading, or any other dangerous maneuvers. Transporting hazardous materials or substances is not allowed. Sub-letting the vehicle or permitting unauthorized drivers is forbidden. Operating the vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs is unacceptable. The vehicle must only be used for its intended purposes, and passenger and weight limits should never be exceeded. Driving outside the specified geographic boundaries requires prior approval.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental cancellation and fees.
Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire Hounslow will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims will not exceed the amount you paid for your rental in the previous 12 months.
