1. Hounslow Tenancy

2. Hounslow Eligibility

To rent a vehicle from Hounslow, you must:

Hold a valid, full driving licence appropriate for the vehicle category, held for the minimum period specified in the Rental Agreement. Provide valid identification, proof of address and a payment card in the driver's name at collection.

  • Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or in person at our Hounslow location. A booking deposit may be required to secure your reservation. 4. Vehicle Collection and Return — Hounslow

  • At Hounslow you must inspect the vehicle thoroughly when collecting it and report any existing damage immediately. A vehicle condition report will be completed and signed by you and a Hounslow representative. Return the vehicle in the same condition as collected, allowing for normal wear and tear. Any new damage identified on return will be assessed and charged accordingly.

5. Insurance and Liability for Hounslow

  • Basic third-party insurance is included with all rentals in Hounslow. Full coverage details and excess amounts are provided in the Rental Agreement. Violating Hounslow's restrictions may result in immediate rental termination and additional charges.

8. Limitation of Liability for Hounslow

To the maximum extent permitted by English and Welsh law, Hounslow Vehicle Hire Services will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the total amount paid by you to Hounslow Vehicle Hire Services for the relevant service in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law (Hounslow)

These Terms are governed by English and Welsh law. Any disputes relating to Hounslow will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English and Welsh courts.

10. Changes to Hounslow Terms
